Why 3 days per week?
I most often recommend training three days per week, as this frequency consistently provides clients with the greatest return on their investment. When an individual commits to three sessions per week, I can be highly confident in their ability to achieve strong, measurable results. Training less than three days per week typically leads to slower progress, which requires assigning additional work outside of sessions at LIFT LAB. With a three-day-per-week schedule in the Lab, very little supplemental work is necessary beyond maintaining clean nutrition, helping to keep stress levels low while results continue to improve.
