How Do I sign up for a service?
All of our services from any type of training to nutrition can be purchased and scheduled through our software app Vagaro. If you are purely just interested in inquiring, then simply just submit your question(s) in the contact us section on the home page.
Are purchases refundable?
After purchase, refunds are only allowed if you have not participated in the service yet. However, if you have already participated in your purchase, that is not refundable. Any type of nutrition service is completely non-refundable.
Class or training cancellations
Group Classes: If no one is signed up within two hours before, the class will be canceled. If for whatever reason there are less then 2 individuals signed up for a class, class will be canceled. Individuals have until 2 hours before class to sign up. If you need to cancel, you can simply just remove yourself from the sign up sheet. One on one sessions Members may cancel one on one sessions in advance and not miss out on a session if they give the trainer a 24hr notice. If a notice was given too late (within 24 hours of session) you will lose that session. If the trainer for whatever reason needs to cancel/reschedule, you will not lose a session, it will be rescheduled. Sessions are purchased on a monthly basis. If there are any remaining sessions, they will be expired and no longer valid. If the trainer cancels One on one If the trainer will not be available on a given day(s) due to needing time off, there will be a 14 day notice given so members can plan schedule and purchases accordingly. If the trainer has a later notice cancellation due to being sick, weather, or random cancellation for a particular reason, your sessions or classes will can and will be made up via rescheduling.
Pre existing limitations
I take pride in the fact that I have seen success with all clients regardless of age, limitations, or background. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach or speaking in absolutes. I will asses where you are in your given state, and give you what you need to remain safe, excited, and progressing. I see every challenge or limitation as an opportunity for growth. Trust me I have seen it all. Bring it!
How to navigate through the app
1. Download the app Vagaro. 2. Once you have the app, create your account. 3. Once your account is created, search LIFT LAB to find our services. 4. Once you have a list of the services, you can pick the service you want (group class, one on one, or nutrition). 5. payment and sign up: Group class: pay for subscription you want, then you can simply just sign up for your preferred class time. One on one: after purchasing one on one session(s), scheduling will be done manually on the trainers end. both you and the trainer will communicate to find times that work best for the two of you. Nutrition: there will only be one option to pick. once you sign up, meetings and procedures will be explained to you by your trainer via phone or in person at the LAB.
